Our Peranakan menu is a love letter to Nonya cuisine — the intricate, labour-intensive cooking tradition born from the blending of Malay and Chinese cultures. Every dish on this menu comes from Mak Siti's handwritten recipe book, adapted from her own mother's kitchen in Katong. The spice pastes alone take hours to prepare, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
